Taylor Toomey

Director of People & Culture

Taylor works directly with Sona’s Hiring Managers to support Sona in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees. She also leads our retention efforts by identifying creative ways to enhance and enrich our company culture.

Additionally, Taylor oversees all of Sona’s marketing efforts, including Sona Pharmacy + Clinic, Sona Compounding, Sona Specialty, and Sona Benefits. Before joining Sona in March 2020, she served for 5 years as Vice President of Strategy at a healthcare marketing firm in her hometown of Augusta, GA. Before that, she held various marketing roles within several industries, including technology, retail, and fitness. Taylor is a graduate of the Honors College at the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication.

In her spare time, she enjoys skateboarding, brewery-hopping, hiking, and exploring everything Asheville offers.
