Access is a program to help manage medicines, to take some of the stress of the patients or caregivers. Some of those responsibilities include:
- – We talk with doctor offices to get changes to help make sure we have the most up to date prescriptions.
- – Medications are filled altogether at one time a month to make it easier for the patients to keep up with lt.
- – We package 7-day pill packs &in bottles and have FREE delivery with Sona’s own drivers. That way patients know it’s safe and secure.
- – Access also helps patients with new changes to their prescriptions to either bottle or 7-day pill packs.
We have ongoing and successful relationships with numerous local behavioral health agencies that we work with on a daily basis.
Monthly care calls are done with the patient or caregiver to ensure we keep patients compliant and their medications are filled accurately. One of the most utilized services includes alternate packaging options including 7-day pill packs, bubble packs, and bottles with extra organization stickers. We are able to supply prescription medications which include specialty medications from our Sona Specialty Pharmacy and compounded medications from Sona Compounding Pharmacy. In addition, we can include any of our variety of over the counter supplements provided in our retail location to any compliance package. We utilize every aspect of Sona Pharmacies to help our Access patients.
